Add Task Roll Up Points

Objective

Add task roll up points to allow the asset tasks for the asset's sub assets and asset components to appear on one work order when the list of proposed work orders is generated.

How to add a task roll up point

1. From the On Key main menu, click Asset and Maintenance Plan Configuration > Maintenance Plan Development > Task Configuration > Task Roll Up Points. The Task Roll Up Point dashboard opens.
2. Click in the toolbar. The Create Task Roll Up Point screen opens.
3. Populate the required fields in the Header section.
4. Add information in the Notes section, if applicable.
5. Save the record.
