Requisition Statuses

Requisition statuses are used to identify a requisition’s state. This describes where the requisition is in terms of the process. It is used to track the progress of a requisition during the course of its life cycle.

On Key includes a set of predefined base statuses that define the high-level milestones in a requisition's life cycle. The following predefined base statuses are used:

• Awaiting Approval
• Awaiting Approval Workflow: Only applicable if the requisition approval workflow functionality is enabled for the site. Refer to Approvals for more information.
• Approved
• Completed
• Closed
• Cancelled.
