Query Builder

Using Query Builder, you can determine what records you want to see on a grid. The Query Builder functionality enables you to do the following:

• Select additional columns to be displayed on a grid.
• Add custom filter criteria to limit the records displayed on a grid.

A user might only require certain records on a grid, depending on their role and function within the organisation. For example, a planner might only want to see work orders that have been approved.

Query builder allows you to filter the data returned from the server. You can build a query, based on specific filter criteria, so that only the required records are displayed in a grid. This view can then be saved as a profile.

The Query Builder functionality is available on all grids in On Key and is accessed by clicking in the toolbar.
