Add Report Server Entities

Objective

Add entities to the system options reports.

Before you begin

To add categories to the report server entity, the correct report user permissions must be configured. Please see Wyn Reporting for more information.

How to add report server entities

1. From the On Key home page Main Menu, click System Management > System Options > Reports > Entities. The System Option Report Server Entities dashboard opens.
2. Click in the toolbar. The New System Option Report Server Entity screen opens.
3. Populate the fields in the Overview and Categories sections.
4. Click Save and Close.

As a result

The report server entity is created.
