Complete All Tasks on Work Orders
Objective
Mark all tasks on a work order as complete.
How to complete all the tasks on a work order
- Select the required work order in the grid or open it's edit screen.
- Use the Complete All Tasks custom action in the Assist panel in the sidebar.
As a result
If there are tasks that could not successfully be completed, the Work Order Complete All Tasks Log pops up displaying all the work order tasks that the custom action was applied to, indicating the failed tasks.
Keep in mind
- All the tasks on multiple work orders can be completed using this custom action.
- If a work order task has subtasks linked to it, the subtasks will also be completed with the work order tasks.
- Failed tasks can be edited and completed from the Work Order Complete All Tasks Log.
- The Work Order Complete All Tasks Log can also be accessed directly from On Key's main menu.
- A user requires the Complete All Tasks On Work Order permission to perform the Complete All Tasks custom action.
