Profile Picker

The profile picker displays custom profiles that the user can select and use.

Click Profiles in the sidebar to open the profile picker. The following actions are available in the toolbar:

Use	To
	Save: Save changes that have been made to the selected profile.
	Save As: Save the changes made to a profile as a new profile.
	Edit: Edit the selected profile.
	Export Profile: Export the selected profile to the local drive.
	Import Profile: Import a profile from the local drive.
	Filter: Filter the profiles in the tree to display records with specific data field values.

The following actions are available when selecting a specific profile in the profile tree:

	Edit: Edit the selected profile.
	Import & Replace Profile: Replace a custom profile without the Code, Description and restriction level of the profile being changed. Only the profile content is updated.
	Export Profile: Export the selected profile to the local drive.
	Add To Role: Add a profile to a user operational role, where after it can be made a default profile.
	Make Profile Default: Make the selected profile your default profile. Default profiles will be applied whenever you log in. Only user operational role profiles may be added; refer to User Operational Role and Operational Roles for more information.
	Remove: Remove the selected profile.
